Before you decide
A few useful answers.
Is Zuludesk always cheaper than Buro?
Not for every visit or package. Flex 15 is designed for regular individual use over 15 days. Buro advertises a Day Pass from GHS 210, so compare the current full price, location, access hours and number of visits you actually need. The two memberships are not identical.
Are soundproof booths really included in Flex 15?
Yes. Existing and new monthly and annual members can use one daily credit for an available soundproof Creator booth or individual desk, including premium and dedicated desks. This is subject to availability, not a permanently reserved booth. Meeting rooms, whole private offices and group bookings are excluded.
How does the GHS 35 daily figure work?
The monthly base is GHS 500 plus 4% processing, making GHS 520. Dividing that by all 15 days gives GHS 34.67 per used day. It is not a standalone GHS 35 Day Pass. Unused periodic credits expire without rollover.
Can I use a credit for a meeting room or bring my team?
No. Each daily credit is for one member. Meeting rooms, conference rooms, whole private offices and group spaces are separately priced. Credits cannot be shared or used for hourly, weekly or monthly reservations.
What happens if I cancel or miss a booking?
Cancel before check-in to restore the credit to its original allocation and expiry. Completed visits and no-shows use the credit. Failed monthly renewal pauses new membership bookings; already confirmed bookings remain valid.
Are Virtual Office and recruitment included?
They are separate services. Virtual Office plans offer a business address and plan-specific administrative support. Our recruitment services connect employers and job seekers; a workspace membership does not guarantee employment or include recruitment fees.
Can I see the space before joining?
Yes. Ask Adwoa to arrange a tour at City Galleria Mall. Check desk or booth availability before travelling. Sunday and Ghana public-holiday bookings require at least 24 hours' advance notice.
