Hourly meeting rooms, meeting pods and conference rooms are GHS 100 per person per hour. For example, 3 people for 2 hours cost GHS 600. Daily and longer bookings use the selected workspace's current rate; check the total before paying.

The Main Office is listed for up to 22 people; the Premium Coworking Office is listed for up to 10. Presentation seating, camera positions and movement space can reduce usable capacity. Confirm your final layout and headcount before promoting an event.
Make hybrid attendance workable
Share your video platform, display needs and microphone requirements in advance. Bring presentation files on your laptop and an offline copy. Test the room's equipment and connection before the booking starts; specific audiovisual equipment must be confirmed.
