Pricing and booking
Hourly meeting rooms, meeting pods and conference rooms are GHS 100 per person per hour. For example, 3 people for 2 hours cost GHS 600. Daily and longer bookings use the selected workspace's current rate; check the total before paying.
Plan around how participants will learn
Laptop-based training needs more table space and power outlets than a discussion session. The Main Office is listed for up to 22 people and the Premium Coworking Office for up to 10. Training capacity depends on the layout; confirm it with the team rather than treating the listed maximum as a classroom guarantee.
Send a clear workshop brief
Share the date, session length, number of participants, facilitator requirements and preferred seating. Explain whether everyone will use a laptop, whether you need a display and whether group exercises need breakout space. Confirm any catering, printing or equipment requests separately.
Build setup time into the booking
Download course materials before the session and bring offline copies where practical. Test the screen connection and your teaching platform before attendees arrive. Include preparation, breaks and pack-up time in the period you reserve.

Is this room hire or a training course?
This page is for venue hire for training you organise. It does not enrol participants on a Zuludesk course or include a trainer.
Can participants bring laptops?
Yes. Tell the team how many people need desk space and power so the room layout and internet requirements can be checked before confirmation.
Are catering and specialist equipment included?
Confirm these separately. Share your equipment and refreshment requirements when requesting a quote so the team can explain availability and any additional charges.
Where is Zuludesk and when can I visit?
Find us at Unit F02, City Galleria Mall, Spintex Road, Accra, near Accra Mall. We open Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 10:00pm. Sunday access requires a confirmed advance arrangement. Allow extra travel time during rush hour.
