Zuludesk Co-Working Space Terms and Conditions

1. Membership and Booking

  1. Securing Space: Advance booking and payment are required to secure a workspace.
  2. Adjustments to Bookings: Bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to another available day if changes are needed.
  3. Walk-in Policy: We cannot guarantee workspace or access to facilities for walk-ins without a booking.

2. Fees and Payments

  1. Membership Fees: Subject to change with prior notice to our members.
  2. Equal Pricing: All seating areas are priced equally, ensuring fairness in our community.

3. Use of Space

  1. Seating Arrangements: We reserve the right to adjust seating to accommodate all members.
  2. Meeting Spaces: Booking is required for designated meeting areas. Unbooked spaces are available for impromptu use by paid members for up to one hour.
  3. Guest Policy: Guests are welcome for up to one hour. Members are responsible for their guests' conduct.

4. Facilities and Amenities

  1. Complimentary Coffee: Available to members while supplies last.
  2. Eating Policy: To maintain a clean workspace, eating at desks is not allowed.

5. Conduct and Compliance

  1. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that fosters respect and prevents harassment.
  2. Liability: Members use the facilities at their own risk. Zuludesk is not liable for personal injuries or loss/damage to personal property, to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Intellectual Property: Members retain ownership of their intellectual property and must respect the rights of others.

6. Data Protection

Privacy: Personal information will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and our privacy policy.

7. Legal and General Provisions

  1. Insurance: Members are encouraged to have their own insurance for personal property and liability.
  2. Modifications to Terms: Zuludesk reserves the right to modify these terms with notice.
  3. Termination of Membership: Zuludesk reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time without providing a reason.
  4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
  5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes under these terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ghana, aiming for a fair and timely resolution.

8. Emergency Procedures

Members are required to comply with all emergency procedures and instructions provided by Zuludesk staff.
